Quick Operation Key

(This setting item is valid only when [Fax (Classic)] is used.)

Register a frequently used function to a Quick Operation Key. You can register up to three Quick Operation Keys.

Switch Title

Specify a title to classify the destinations in the address book so that you can find a destination more easily.

Search Destination

Specify the target in which to search for a destination. You can select from the address book of the machine or the registered LDAP server.

Communication Page Count

You can view the total number of sent and received pages on the screen.

• Pages Sent
  Displays the total number of pages sent from the machine.

• Pages Received
  Displays the total number of pages received to the machine.

Adjust Sound Volume

Adjust the volume of the sound emitted from the speaker when pressing On Hook or while a transmission or reception is in progress.

On Hook Mode Release Time

Specify the time to wait after pressing [On Hook] before disconnecting the line. This setting is useful when a call to a fax information service made by on-hook dialing is disconnected prematurely.
