Saving Documents in Document Server

You can save documents scanned from the Copy screen in the document server.

You can check the saved documents on the document sever screen. For details about the document sever, see the following section:

Important

  1. Press [Copy] on the Home screen.

  2. Press [Store File].

    If the key is not found, select it from [Original Setting/Store File].

  3. Specify the file name, the folder to save documents, and other settings, and then press [OK].

  4. Specify the scanning conditions such as color mode or original size.

  5. Specify the copy settings.

  6. Place the original.

  7. Press [Start].
    When you place the original on the exposure glass, saving document after press [Finish Scn] after scanning all originals.
