How to Use the "Settings"

Setting Items

Description

Output Tray: Copier

Specify a tray to which documents are delivered when using the Copier function.

  • Default: [Internal Tray 1]

Output Tray: Document Server

Specify a tray to which documents are delivered when using the Document Server function.

  • Default: [Internal Tray 1]

Output Tray: Fax

Specify a tray to which documents are delivered when using the FAX function.

  • Default: [Internal Tray 1]

Specify Tray for Lines

Select whether to specify a tray to eject the printed sheets of the received document per line type and sender (telephone line, Internet Fax, or IP-Fax).

  • Default: [Off]

Output Tray: Printer

Specify a tray to which documents are delivered when using the Printer function.

  • Default: [Internal Tray 1]

Output Tray: Printer (Optional Network)

(This setting item appears only when the device server option is installed.)

Specify the output tray to deliver the paper printed by print jobs that are executed via the device server.

  • Default: [Internal Tray 1]

Finisher Shift Tray High-Volume Output
(This setting item appears only when the Booklet Finisher SR3350 is installed.)

Specify whether to allow high-volume output onto the finisher's shift tray.

  • Inactive
    Up to 2,000 sheets can be output.

  • Active
    Up to 3,000 sheets can be output. However, booklet binding is disabled if the number of output sheets exceeds 2,000.

  • Default: [Active]
