Description |
---|---|
Delete All Temporary Print Jobs |

Delete All Stored Print Jobs |
You can delete Stored Print files stored in this machine. |
Auto Delete Temporary Print Jobs |
You can specify whether to automatically delete all Sample Print, Locked Print, and Hold Print files temporarily stored in this machine. Hold Print files that have a valid print time cannot be deleted automatically. If you select [On], you can specify up to 200 hours for auto file deleting.
|
Auto Delete Stored Print Jobs |
You can specify whether to automatically delete Stored Print files stored in this machine. If you select [On], you can specify up to 180 days for auto file deleting.
|
Print Job Function |
When [Document Server Function] of [System Settings] [Settings for Administrator] [File Management] is set to [Off], you can specify whether to disable printing Stored Print files or files temporarily stored in the machine on the printer driver.
|
Jobs Not Printed as Machine Was Off |
You can specify whether to print Hold Print files whose specified print time has already passed when the machine's main power switch is turned on. When you select to not print, Hold Print files whose specified print time has already passed are invalid and will be subject to [Auto Delete Temporary Print Jobs].
|
Restrict Direct Print Jobs |
This restricts print files specified for [Normal Print], [Sample Print], or [Store and Print] under [Job Type] on the printer driver. You can specify whether to store these files in the machine without printing or to cancel printing. This can help prevent leaving the output paper on the tray, creating confusion.
|
Auto Store Jobs Without User Authentication Information |
When [Automatically Store Jobs] is selected on [Restrict Direct Print Jobs] and the machine is specified to authenticate users, specify to automatically store jobs without user authentication information.
|
Switch Initial Screen |
You can specify which screen to display, Job List or Print Jobs, when you press [Printer (Classic)].
