The properties of files stored in the Document Server are displayed.
Properties can be changed as required.

, the properties button on the [Document Server] page to display properties.
Note
A thumbnail of the first page of the document is displayed. Clicking [Enlarge Image] under the thumbnail opens an application that allows you to view PDF files, and an enlarged thumbnail appears.
Note
Displays the file name. Change as required.
Displays the name of the user who stored the file. Change as required.
Displays the date and time the file was stored.
Displays the date and time the file is to be automatically deleted.
Displays the function used to store the file.
One of the following appears:
Displays the number of pages in the file.
Displays the paper size of the first page of the document.
For a custom size document, the paper size value appears.
Displays the file size of the document in kilobytes.
Note
Displays the scan resolution of the first page of the document.
[100 dpi], [200 dpi], [300 dpi], [400 dpi], or [600 dpi] appears.
Note
Displays the scan type selected for the first page of the document.
[Black & White: Text], [Black & White: Text/Photo], [Black & White: Photo], [Gray Scale], [Black & White: Drawing], [Full Color: Text/Photo], [Full Color: Glossy Photo], or [Black & White: Text/Line Art] appears.

Displays the number of pages per document unit when the file was scanned using the divide function.
Note
Displays the access privilege specified for the file.
Click [Change] on the right to display the [Program/Change Permissions for User/Group Files] page.
Displays if the file is protected by a password.
Click [Change] on the right to display the [Change Password] page.
Displays the color mode of the file.

Fax and scanner files stored on the machine can be downloaded.

Select the file format to be used for downloading.

Before downloading a PDF file, you can click [Change] to configure its security settings.

Select whether to convert the file into black and white for downloading.
Select whether to download all or specific pages.
When [Specify] is selected, enter the required pages. To specify a range of pages, enter a hyphen between the start and end page numbers.
For example, to specify pages 1 to 10, enter 1-10.
To specify individual pages, use a comma between the page numbers.
For example, to specify pages 2, 4, and 6, enter 2,4,6.
These two methods can be combined.
For example, to specify pages 2, 4, 6, and pages 8 to 20, enter 2,4,6,8-20.

Clicking this button displays the [Confirm Download] page.
Displays options for creating a backup file for print.
Click [Change] to open the [Print Backup Settings] page, where you can configure a backup file for print.
