Displaying Document Properties

Follow the procedure below to display document properties.

  1. On the [Document Server] page, click , the properties button of the document whose properties you want to change.
    The document properties are displayed on the [File Properties] page.
  2. Click [OK] to return to the previous page.

Enlarging the Document Thumbnail View

Follow the procedure below to display an enlarged view of the document's first page.

  1. Click [Enlarge Image] below the thumbnail on the [File Properties] page.
    An application that allows you to view PDF files opens and enlarged thumbnails appear.
  2. To quit, click the [Close] button in the window containing the enlarged thumbnail.

    Note

    • An application that allows you to view PDF files must be installed on the computer.
