You can configure header/footer settings (Date Stamp and Page Numbering) when printing files stored in the Document Server. This page appears when you click Header/Footer on the List of Files to Print page.

Specify whether or not to print the date stamp.
When printing the date stamp, select a format.
When you select to print the date stamp, also set the following Stamp Position and Page to stamp options.
Select the position for the date.
Specify whether to print the date on all pages, or only the first page.
Specify whether or not to print page numbers.
When printing page numbers, select a format.
When you select the page numbering format, also set the following Stamp Position, First Printing Page, Numbering from, Numbering to, Total Number of Pages, and Chapter No. options.
In the list, select the position for printing the page numbers.
Enter the first printing page from where numbering starts.
Specify the start page number.
Specify the end page number, or select the to the End check box.

Enter the total number of pages to be printed with numbers. See the Total Pages box displayed above the list of printing files.

When Designate is specified, enter the Chapter No. from where page numbering starts.

Specify whether or not to print the specified text with the document data.
If On is selected, configure settings for Text, Stamp Position, and Page to stamp as described below.

Enter texts to be printed, using alphanumeric characters.
Select the position for printing the texts.
Specify whether to print the text on all or only the first page.
Click to save the settings and return to the List of Files to Print page.
Current settings are displayed under the Header/Footer button on the List of Files to Print page.
Click to cancel the settings and return to the List of Files to Print page.
