Backing up the Address Book

Use the [Maintenance] button in the [Address List] page to back up the Address Book.

  1. On the [Address List] page, click the [Maintenance] button.
    The [Maintenance] page appears.
  2. In [Encryption Key], enter the key to access the encrypted Address Book data.
  3. Click [Backup].

    Note

    • After clicking this button, operations differ depending on the Web browser you are using. Follow the instructions in the dialog boxes or messages that appear.
    • If you are using Internet Explorer 8, downloading will be slower than with other browsers. To download faster with Internet Explorer 8, open the browser's [Internet Options] menu and register the machine's URL as a trusted site. Then disable SmartScreen filter for trusted sites.
