This page displays properties of a sample print, locked print, hold print, or stored print file.
Properties can be changed as required.

, the properties button on the [Print Job List] page, to display properties.
Note
- This page appears only when the machine supports the Print Jobs function, and when the Print Jobs function is enabled in the machine configuration.
Otherwise, the [Printer: Print Jobs] item does not appear in the menu area.
- Viewable information and available setting items depend on the access privileges set for the document.
Type
Displays the job type as [Sample Print], [Locked Print], [Hold Print], or [Stored Print].
Name
Displays the name specified for the login name of the job sender.
Note
- The name appears only when user authentication is enabled.
User ID
Displays the identifier of the user who sent the job.
File Name
Displays the job's document name.
Click [Change] to open the page where you can change the file name.
Note
- If the file is a locked print document, the file name may appear as asterisks (*).
If this is the case, click [Display] and enter the password. The file name will then be displayed.
The [Display] button appears only when the file name appear as asterisks (*).
Created At
Displays the date and time the user sent the job.
Page(s)
Displays the number of pages in the job.
Copies
Displays the specified number of copies to be printed.
Note
- The number of copies appears for a sample print or stored print file only.
File Access Privilege
Displays the privilege granted to the current logged-on user to access the file.
To change the privilege, click [Change] to display the [Program/Change Permissions for User/Group Files] page.

- The file access privilege appears for a stored print file when user authentication is enabled.
The file access privilege also appears for a stored print file when the user is logged on as File Administrator.
- If the file is password-protected, click [Change] to open the [Enter Password] page.
When you enter the correct file password, the [Program/Change Permissions for User/Group Files] page appears.
Note that the [Enter Password] page does not appear if you are logged on as File Administrator.
Owner
Displays the owner of the file.
To change the owner, click [Change] on the right to display the [Change Owner] page.

Note
- The owner name appears for a stored print document when user authentication is enabled.
The owner name also appears for a stored print file when the user is logged on as File Administrator.
- The owner name indicated as [None] means that all users have the owner privilege for the stored file.
Owners are authorized to change file access privileges and passwords.
- If the file is password-protected, click [Change] to open the [Enter Password] page.
When you enter the correct file password, the [Change Owner] page appears.
Note that the [Enter Password] page does not appear if you are logged on as File Administrator.
Password
Indicates whether the file is protected by a password.
To change the password, click [Change] to display the [Change Password] page.
Note
- The [Password] option appears for a locked or stored print file only.
- If the file is password-protected, click [Change] to display the [Enter Password] page.
When you enter the correct file password, the [Change Password] page appears.
Note that the [Enter Password] page does not appear if you are logged on as File Administrator.
