Changing file owners

You can change the owners of files stored in the Document Server.


  1. Display the [Program/Change Permissions for Users/Group] page in either of the following ways:
    1. Click (Full Control privilege) or (owner privilege) on the [Document Server] page.
    2. Click [Change] for [File Access Privilege] on the [File Properties] page.
  2. Click [Change] for [Program Owner].
    The [Change Owner] page appears.
  3. Specify the owner you require.
  4. Click [OK] to change owners and return to the previous page.
