Use this page to create or edit an authentication key for the specified authentication algorithm.

Authentication Key

Enter the key used for authentication. The number of characters that you can enter depends on the authentication algorithm that you select.

If you select HMAC-MD5-96:

You can enter 32 hexadecimal characters or 16 alphanumeric characters.

If you select HMAC-SHA1-96:

You can enter 40 hexadecimal characters or 20 alphanumeric characters.

If you select HMAC-SHA256-128:

You can enter 64 hexadecimal characters or 32 alphanumeric characters.

If you select HMAC-SHA384-192:

You can enter 96 hexadecimal characters or 48 alphanumeric characters.

If you select HMAC-SHA512-256:

You can enter 128 hexadecimal characters or 64 alphanumeric characters.

Confirm Authentication Key

Reenter the authentication key in this box for confirmation.
To create the authentication key, the key you enter here must match the key specified in the Authentication Key box.

Click to save the settings and return to the Encryption Key Manual Settings page. The settings are applied when you click OK on the IPsec page.
