Use this page to configure settings for the email notification timing.
Select Occurs or Occurs & Fixed for each notification item, in the corresponding list.
When Occurs is selected, an email message is only sent when the status occurs.
When Occurs & Fixed is selected, an email message is sent both when the status occurs and when the status is cleared.
Select the number of minutes the system waits before sending an email notification, since it detects the corresponding status.
Note
Select a remaining level (in %) to trigger the system to send email notification (such as Almost Out of Paper).

Click to save the settings and return to the Auto Email Notification page. The settings are applied when you click OK on the Auto Email Notification page.
Click to cancel the settings and return to the Auto Email Notification page.
