Introduction of Two Types of Setting Screens (Standard/Classic)

Sound

This section describes the settings in the [Sound] menu under [Device].

Items	Description
Volume	Adjust the volume of the sound played on the machine. Default: [5]
Notification Sound	Specify the sound pattern when the screen is pressed. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Operation Invalid	Specify the sound pattern when an invalid operation is performed. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Operation Completed	Specify the sound pattern when an operation is completed. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Copy: Job Done	Specify the sound pattern when the copy is completed. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Fax Printing Finished	Specify the sound pattern when the fax print is completed. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Fax Transmission Finished	Specify the sound pattern when a fax transmission is completed. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Fax Reception Finished	Specify the sound pattern when a fax reception is completed. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Login	Specify the sound pattern when a login is performed. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Logout	Specify the sound pattern when a logout is performed. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Warm-up	Specify the sound pattern when the machine is ready to be used. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Auto Reset	Specify the sound pattern when no operation has been performed for a certain period. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Sound of Less Urgent Level	Specify the sound pattern for situations such as when the paper tray runs out. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Copy: Forgot Original	Specify the sound pattern when an original to copy is left on the machine. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Scanner: Forgot Original	Specify the sound pattern when an original to scan is left on the machine. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Fax: Forgot Original	Specify the sound pattern when an original to fax is left on the machine. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Sound of Urgent Level	Specify the sound pattern when an operation is suspended. Default: [Sound of Beep]
Blank Page Detected	Specify the sound pattern when the scanned document is blank. Default: [Sound of Beep]

Display

This section describes the settings in the "Display" menu under "Device".

Items	Description
Display	Brightness Adjust the brightness of the screen on the control panel. To lower lighting when an operation has not been performed for a while Specify whether to lower lighting when an operation has not been performed for a minute. Default: [ON]

Storage & USB

This section describes the settings in the [Storage & USB] menu under [Device].

Items	Description
Internal Storage	Total space Displays the capacity of the internal storage on the control panel. Available Displays the available space of the internal storage on the control panel.
SD Card	Total space Displays the capacity of an SD card inserted into the control panel. Available Displays the available space on an SD card inserted into the control panel.
USB STORAGE	Total space You can check the capacity of a USB memory inserted into the control panel. Available You can check the available space on a USB memory inserted into the control panel.
