Delete All Stored Print Jobs | You can delete Stored Print files stored in this machine. |
Auto Delete Temporary Print Jobs | You can specify whether to automatically delete all Sample Print, Locked Print, and Hold Print files temporarily stored in this machine. Hold Print files that have a valid print time cannot be deleted automatically. If you select [On], you can specify up to 200 hours for auto file deleting.
Auto Delete Stored Print Jobs | You can specify whether to automatically delete Stored Print files stored in this machine. If you select [On], you can specify up to 180 days for auto file deleting.
Print Job Function | When [Document Server Function] of [System Settings][Administrator Tools] tab is set to Inactive, you can specify whether to disable printing Stored Print files or files temporarily stored in the machine on the printer driver.
4 Color Graphic Mode | You can switch the optimum CMYK toner combination. To avoid the blurring of text or lines, change the setting to [Text Priority]
Tray Parameters (PCL) Tray Parameters (PS) | You can configure the settings to change the paper tray parameters used for PCL or PostScript printing. You can specify this function if the machine is replaced with another manufacturer's machine for output without a printer driver in the basic system. The tray parameter for different paper trays depends on the manufacturer. For example, if the Tray 1 parameter for the used machine is "4", specify "4" for Tray 1. |
Stapleless Stapler and Staple Display Setting | This is the user tool when a finisher supporting the Stapleless Stapler is used. You can specify whether to use a stapleless stapler or staple regardless of the settings on the printer driver.
You can specify this function only when Administrator Authentication is specified. |
