The following settings are cleared after scanning an original: Destination/sender/file name/subject/message | This behavior is specified in the machine specifications to prevent transmission to the wrong destination. | Those settings will be cleared automatically after the machine completes a transmission. |
The machine cannot be specified in an application supporting TWAIN. | The machine is not connected to the network correctly. | Check that the machine is connected to the network correctly and the IPv4 or IPv6 address is specified. |
More than one scanner exists in the same network. | In Network Connection Tool that is installed on the computer with the TWAIN driver, select the [Specify scanner(s) to use.] check box and register the IP address or host name of the machine. | |
The scanner control dialog box is not displayed when you select the machine to perform scanning in an application supporting TWAIN. | A driver encryption key is specified on the machine, but the key is not registered correctly in the TWAIN driver. | Register the driver encryption key on [Details][Authenticate] tab in the TWAIN driver.
