Others (Fax Settings)

This section describes the settings in [Others] under [Fax Settings].

Setting Items	Description
Switch Title	Specify a title to classify the destinations in the Address Book so that you can find a destination more easily. * Even if you change this setting, it is not applied to the fax application screen.
Communication Page Count	You can view the total number of sent and received pages on the screen. Pages Sent Displays the total number of pages sent from the machine. Pages Received Displays the total number of pages received to the machine.
Adjust Sound Volume	Adjust the volume of the sound emitted from the speaker when pressing On Hook or while a transmission or reception is in progress. On Hook Mode At Transmission At Reception At Dialing
On Hook Mode Release Time	Specify the time to wait after pressing [On Hook] before disconnecting the line. This setting is useful when a call to a fax information service made by on-hook dialing is disconnected prematurely. Default: [3 minutes]
Delete Recent Destinations	Select this to delete all destinations in Recent Destinations.
Report Output Settings	Report Auto Print Settings	Specify whether to automatically print reports. Default Fax Records: [Print] Communication Result: [Print]
Report Output Settings	Report Contents Settings	Specify whether to include the faxed image, destination name, and sender's name in the reports. Default Include Image: [On] Include Destination(s): [On] Include Sender's Name: [On] Viewing the History of Sent and Received Faxes
