Stapling Copied Pages (IM C530F Only)
When copying an original consisting of more than one page, you can staple each copy together as a set.

To use this function, the optional finisher is required.
You cannot staple paper placed in the bypass tray.
Press [Copy] on the Home screen.

Press [Staple: Slant] on the Copy screen.

Place the original.
When specifying the staple function, place the original in the correct orientation.
Press [Start].
When placing the originals on the exposure glass, press [Finish Scn] after scanning all of the originals.
When specifying Staple together with Combine, the recommended orientation for originals differs depending on the number of pages to combine.
When [Original Orientation] is set to [Readable Direction]
2 Pages: Place the original in the landscape (
) orientation.
4 Pages: Place the original in the portrait (
) orientation.
When [Original Orientation] is set to [90 Degrees Counterclockwise]
2 Pages: Place the original in the portrait (
) orientation.
4 Pages: Place the original in the landscape (
) orientation.
