How to Use the "Settings"

Quantity

Setting Items	Description
Maximum Copy Quantity	You can specify the maximum copy quantity at one time. Default: [999] sheet(s)
Copy Count Display	Specify which one is displayed, the number of copies made (count up) or the number of copies yet to be made (count down). Default: [Up]

Customize Function

Setting Items	Description
Customize Function: Copy (Classic Mode) (This setting item is enabled only when [Copier (Classic)] is used.)	You can assign frequently-used functions to the function keys on the Copy screen. Default Function Key 1: [1 Sided2 Sided: Left/Right] Function Key 2: [2 Sided original2 Sided] Function Key 3: [1 SidedCombine 2 original] Function Key 4: [1 SidedCombine 4 original] Function Key 5: [Create Margin] Function Key 6: [ID Card Copy]
Customize Function: Document Server Storage	You can assign frequently-used functions for scanning documents to the function keys on the Document Server screen. Default Function Key 1: [2 Sided Orig. Right/Left] Function Key 2: [1 SidedCombine 2 original] Function Key 3: [1 SidedCombine 4 original] Function Key 4: [1 SidedCombine 8 original] Function Key 5: [Create Margin] Function Key 6: [Off]
Customize Function: Copy (Standard Mode)	You can assign frequently-used settings to the function keys on the Copy screen (Standard). Default Function Key 1: [1 sided2 sided] Function Key 2: [2 sided2 sided] Function Key 3: [1sidedComb 2 orig] Function Key 4 - 12: [Off] When an optional finisher is installed, the punching and stapling locations and types are assigned to Function Keys 4 to 6 by default according to the finisher type and region/country of purchase.
Customize Function: Copy (All View Mode)	You can assign frequently-used settings to the function keys on the Copy screen (All View). Default Function Key 1: [1 sided2 sided] Function Key 2: [2 sided2 sided] Function Key 3: [1sidedComb 2 orig] Function Key 4: [1sidedComb 4 orig] Function Key 5: [Create Margin] Function Key 6: [ID Card Copy] Function Key 7: [Sort] Function Key 8, 9: [Off] Function Key 10: [Rotate Sort] Function Key 11, 12: [Off] When an optional finisher is installed, the punching and stapling locations and types are assigned to Function Keys 8, 9, 11, and 12 by default according to the finisher type and region/country of purchase.
Simplified Screen: Finishing Types (This setting item is enabled only when [Copier (Classic)] is used.)	You can select the finishing function keys displayed on the Simplified screen. Default Function Key 1 - 3: [Off]

Number Keys / Preview

Setting Items	Description
Switch Number Keys / Preview	You can specify whether the number keys or a preview of the current status is displayed on the right of the Copy screen (Standard/All View). Default: [Display Finished Image]
