File Names for Scanned Documents

You can specify the detailed settings for a file name when scanning a document.

IM C530 series does not support this function.

Up to version 2.0	Version 2.1
You can select one of the following: Any strings Combination of any strings and year, month, day, hour, and minute Not set a file name File name consisting of the scanned date (including seconds and milliseconds) is automatically assigned.	You can select one of the following: Any strings Combination of any strings, host name, login ID, and other various items Not set a file name File name consisting of the scanned date (including seconds and milliseconds) is automatically assigned.

Version 2.1

You can select one of the following:

Any strings
Combination of any strings and year, month, day, hour, and minute
Not set a file name
File name consisting of the scanned date (including seconds and milliseconds) is automatically assigned.

File name consisting of the scanned date (including seconds and milliseconds) is automatically assigned.

To specify a detailed file name, press [Send Settings][File Name][Detailed Settings] in the Scanner screen.
