When Printed Colors Appear Differently

If certain printed colors appear too bright or are different from the colors in the original, perform [Color Calibration] in [Settings][Printer Settings][Data Management/Maintenance][Image Adjustment] to adjust the color balance.

Note

  • If you have not used the machine for a long time, the printed colors may have changed.

  • If you feel the calibrated color is not appropriate, repeat the calibration several times as needed.

  • Color Calibration settings apply to all user jobs.

  • Use the same type of paper to print color calibration test sheet 1 and color calibration test sheet 2. If you use different types of paper, color calibration cannot be performed correctly.

  • This feature requires the color calibration sample sheet provided with the machine.
