Import
Device Management > Address Book > Maintenance > Import

You can import the address book data in CSV format to the machine's Address Book.

Note

• If you import data to the machine, the existing data stored in the machine's Address Book is not be deleted. However, if a user included in the imported file matches with an existing user stored in the machine's Address Book, the imported data overwrites the machine's Address Book.
• You cannot import data unless the authentication method defined in the CSV file is the same as that of the machine to which you want to import the data.

Export File Confirmation

Click the Browse button and then select the file.

Note

• The name of button differs depending on the Web browser you are using.

Buttons

OK

Imports the Address Book.

Cancel

Interrupts Address Book importing.
