Detailed Settings of Each Item
Configuration > Device Settings > Auto Email Notification > Detailed Settings of Each Item

Use this page to configure settings for the email notification timing.

Notify when error:

Select Occurs or Occurs & Fixed for each notification item, in the corresponding list.
When Occurs is selected, an email message is only sent when the status occurs.
When Occurs & Fixed is selected, an email message is sent both when the status occurs and when the status is cleared.

Notify within:

Select the number of minutes the system waits before sending an email notification, since it detects the corresponding status.

Note

• The Notify within: option may not be available for some notification items.

Remaining:

Select a remaining level (in %) to trigger the system to send email notification (such as Waste Toner Bottle is Almost Full).

• The Remaining: option may not be available for some notification items.

Buttons

OK

Click to save the settings and return to the Auto Email Notification page. The settings are applied when you click OK on the Auto Email Notification page.

Cancel

Click to cancel the settings and return to the Auto Email Notification page.
