Use this page to configure settings for email notification of the machine status and error.
Note
Enter a comment commonly used for each group where the error notification is sent.
Up to 256 alphanumeric characters can be entered.
You can set this according to your needs, for example, the machine's location, service representative contact information.
Note
Email notification addresses can be grouped as required.
For example, you can organize groups so error notifications are sent to a group where administrators are registered, or low-toner/low-paper messages are sent to a group where general affairs clerks are registered. Up to 3 addresses can be registered in a group.
Click Edit next to the group you want to make changes.
When the Group X page appears, configure the necessary settings.
Select groups for each notification type, such as machine status and error.
To send an email, select the Notify check box.
To configure detailed notification settings, click Edit.
When the Detailed Settings of Each Item page appears, configure the necessary settings.
Click to update the currently displayed information.

Click to apply the settings.
Click to cancel the settings.
