Displaying Document Properties
Follow the procedure below to display document properties on the Fax Received File page.
- In Fax Received File, click the
button, the properties button of the document whose properties you want to display.
The document properties are displayed on the File Details page. - Click Back to return to the previous page.

Enlarging the Document Thumbnail View
Follow the procedure below to display an enlarged view of the document's first page.
- Click Enlarge Image below the thumbnail on the File Details page.
An application that allows you to view PDF files opens and enlarged thumbnails appear. - To quit, click the Close button in the window containing the enlarged thumbnail.

- An application that allows you to view PDF files must be installed on the computer.
