Deleting Documents

Follow the procedure below to delete a selected document.


  1. On the Document Server (Shared Folder/Individual Folder), select the check box of the document you want to delete (up to 30 documents can be selected).
  2. Click Delete in the upper left of the page.
    The List of Files to Delete page appears.
  3. Check the displayed documents. To prevent a document being deleted, select it, and then click Remove.
  4. Click Delete File(s).
    All documents in the list are deleted.
