List of Files to Delete
Print Job/Stored File > Document Server > Document Server > List of Files to Delete

Displays a list of files to be deleted from the Document Server. This page appears when you select a file or files on the Document Server page and click Delete.

Note

• Up to 30 documents can be selected on the Document Server page.
• Files can be deleted by the following administrators and users:
  • File Administrator
  • Users having the Full Control privilege
  • Users having the Edit/Delete privilege

Files to delete

Displays a list of files to be deleted.
The number of applicable files is displayed above the list.

Remove

Click to prevent a selected file being deleted.

Buttons

Delete File(s)

Click to delete the files displayed in the list from the Document Server.

Cancel

Click to cancel deletion and return to the Document Server page.
