Change Document Password
Print Job/Stored File > Fax Received File > Fax Received File > File Details > PDF File Security Settings > Change Document Password

Use this page to specify a password required to open the PDF file.

New Password

Enter a new password using up to 32 alphanumeric characters.

Confirm Password

Enter the new password again to confirm it.
The password entered here must be the same as the one entered earlier in the New Password box, otherwise it cannot be changed.

Buttons

OK

Click to save the settings and return to the PDF File Security Settings page. The new password is assigned to the PDF file when you download the file on the File Details page.

Cancel

Click to cancel the settings and return to the PDF File Security Settings page.
