Use this page to change the destination to which files are sent by Internet fax from the Document Server. On this page, you can change the destination specified by directly entering an email address or by selecting the destination from the Address Book on the LDAP Server.
Change Destination by Manual Entry
Email Address
Enter the destination's email address, using up to 128 alphanumeric characters.
Note
- The following characters can be used in email addresses:
! # $ % & ' * + - / = ? ^ _ ` { | } ~ . @ - Do not use a period (.) at the start or end of email addresses. Do not use the "at" sign (@) at the end of the address nor use two or more "at" signs consecutively. Doing so will result in read errors.
Send via SMTP Server
Specify whether to bypass or send through the SMTP server when sending email.

Click to save the settings and return to the Send File by Fax page. The settings configured here are reflected in the destinations list on the Send File by Fax page.
Cancel
Click to cancel the settings and return to the Send File by Fax page.
