Use this page to change the destination shared folder to which files are sent from the Document Server. On this page, you can change a specified destination by directly entering a folder path.
Select a shared folder type (FTP, NCP, or SMB) according to the protocol you are using for file transfer.
If files are transferred by FTP, enter the name of the connected server. You can enter up to 64 alphanumeric characters.
Enter the shared folder path.
You can enter up to 256 characters.
Enter the name of a user who has write privileges to the shared folder.
If you are using FTP, you can enter up to 64 alphanumeric characters.
If you are using SMB, you can enter up to 128 alphanumeric characters.
Enter the password of the user entered in the User Name box.
If you are using FTP or NCP, you can enter up to 64 alphanumeric characters.
If you are using SMB, you can enter up to 128 alphanumeric characters.
If files are transferred by NCP, select the Netware logon mode.
If files are transferred by FTP, enter the port number to be used. Specify a number between 1 and 65535. The default is 21.
Click to save the settings and return to the Send File by Scanner page. The settings configured here are reflected in the destinations list on the Send File by Scanner page.
