This page displays a list of files to be sent by scanner from the Document Server to a specified shared folder or email address. To open this page, select a scanner file on the Document Server page and click Send.

Displays the number of files to be sent using the scanner.
Displays the total number of pages to be sent using the scanner.
Displays the list of files to be sent using the scanner. Files in the list are sent in order as single files, starting from the top.
To change the order of sending, select a file and click one of the buttons under the list.
Move the file to the top of the list.
Move the file up one position.
Move the file down one position.
Move the file to the bottom of the list.
Click to remove a selected file from the list.
Click to verify that the transmission settings (destination addresses and send options specified on this page) can be applied to the files listed under List of Files to Send.
If you click Check before Sending, a message indicating whether or not the transmission will be successful appears above the button.
Specify a shared folder and/or email address to which the scanner files are sent.
Click one of the following buttons according to the destination type (folder or email address):
Select Email to add an email address. When you click this button, the Add Email Destinations page appears.
For details about the Add Email Destinations pageSelect Folder to add a shared folder. When you click this button, the Add Folder Destinations page appears.
For details about the Add Folder Destinations pageClick to remove a selected destination from the list.
To add to a destination, select the check box to the left of the recipient.
The number of selected destinations appears above the list.
The list contains the following items:
Displays the type of destination (Email or Folder).
When you click this button, one of the following pages appears depending on the type of destination and on how you added it:
The Check Group Destinations page appears if you selected a group from the Address Book stored on the device.
The Email Destination Details page appears if you specified a destination by entering the email address directly, or by selecting it from the Address Book stored on the LDAP Server.
The Folder Destination Details page appears if you specified a destination by entering the folder path directly.
Displays a padlock icon when S/MIME encryption is enabled for the email address.
Displays the expiration date of the destination's certificate.
If is displayed, the certificate is expired.
If is displayed, the certificate is near expiration.
Displays a user- or group-specific number assigned when the user or group is registered to the Address Book. The icon to the left of the entry No. indicates a user. The icon indicates a group.
Note
Displays the name of the user or group.
Displays the destination (email address or shared folder path).
If the destination is a shared folder, the folder type (FTP, NCP, or SMB) is also displayed.
If the destination is an email address, select the To, Cc, or Bcc check box.
If user authentication is enabled, the current logged-on user is the sender.
If user authentication is not enabled, you can select a sender from the Address Book by clicking Change to the right of Sender.
To specify or change the sender, click Change to open the Specify Sender page.

Select the file format to be used when the file is sent by scanner.
Select whether to request return mail that confirms the receipt of the file.
Note
If necessary, enter the email subject.
If left blank, the default subject specified on the device is used.
Note
Specify whether or not to encrypt a job using S/MIME.
When On is selected, click Refresh to reflect it to the destination list.
Select whether or not to apply a digital signature when encrypting a job using S/MIME.

Click to send the listed file(s) by scanner using the specified settings.

Click to cancel sending and return to the Document Server page.
