Data Carry-over Setting for Address Book Auto-program

To simplify auto-registration to the Address Book of users who have already been authenticated by an external authentication service, you can use registration templates containing pre-registered user information. Registration templates save you time by auto-specifying common settings such as [Protection] and [Add to Group].

Note

Settings on this page can be changed by the following Administrator:
- User Administrator
This page is displayed only when [User Authentication Management] is set to [Windows Authentication], [LDAP Authentication], or [Integration Server Authentication].

Carry-over Data from a Programmed Address Book

Select whether to use the pre-registered user information as a template.

Registration No.

Select a registration No. corresponding to the user information you want to include in the template.

Click to apply the changes and display the [Address List] page.
