Auto E-mail Notification > Group
Use this page to make settings for groups where machine status or error notification is sent to.
Name
Enter the group name, using up to 20 characters.
For example, enter "Administrators" for the group where you want to register addresses of system administrators.
E-mail Language
Select the language to be used in the message text.
Note
- Available languages depend on device type.
- Available languages depend on the Web Image Monitor language setting. The Web Image Monitor language setting can be changed using the [Configuration] - [Webpage] page.
Subject
Enter the e-mail subject, using up to 32 characters.
Message
Enter the message text, using up to 256 characters.
Notify Address
Enter the notification addresses.
Note
- Up to 3 addresses can be registered in a group.
Name
Enter the name shown as the recipient, using up to 20 characters.
Address
Enter the address to be registered in the group, using up to 128 characters.
After entering the address, click [Add] to add it in the [Current Addresses] box.
[Add]
Adds the e-mail address entered in the [Address] box to the [Current Addresses] box.
Current Addresses
Displays the e-mail addresses currently registered in the group.
[Delete]
Deletes the address selected in the [Current Addresses] box from the group. Multiple addresses can be selected to delete them simultaneously.
Buttons
[OK]
Click to save the settings and return to the [Auto E-mail Notification] page. The settings are applied when you click [OK] on the [Auto E-mail Notification] page.
[Cancel]
Click to cancel the settings and return to the [Auto E-mail Notification] page.
