Deleting Spool Printing Jobs

Follow the procedure below to delete jobs displayed on the [Spool Printing Job List] page.

  1. On the [Spool Printing Job List] page, select the check box of the document you want to delete (several can be selected).
  2. Click [Delete] in the upper left of the page.
    The job is deleted.

Deleting Waiting Print Jobs

You can delete waiting print job(s) listed on the [Current/Waiting Jobs] page.

  1. On the [Current/Waiting Jobs] page, select the check box of the print job you want to delete (several can be selected).
  2. Click [Delete Reservation] in the upper left of the page.
    A confirmation message about deleting the job appears.
  3. Click [OK].
    The selected job is deleted.

Deleting Suspended Print Jobs

You can delete a suspended job displayed on the [Printer Job History] page.

  1. On the [Printer Job History] page, select the job you want to delete.
  2. Click [Cancel] in the upper left of the page.
    The selected job is deleted.
