This page displays a list of print jobs that are ongoing or in waiting status.
Note
Select the check box of the job you want to move, and then click one of the following buttons:

Move the job to the top of the list.
Move the job up one position.
Move the job down one position.
Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
The total number of pages and current page number are displayed between the
button and the
button.
[Go to the first page] buttonDisplays the first page.
[Go to the previous page] buttonDisplays the previous page.
[Go to the next page] buttonDisplays the next page.
[Go to the last page] buttonDisplays the last page.
Displays the specified page. Enter the number of the page in the [Page] box, and then click [Go] to display it.
Select the number of display items per page.
Select the check box to the left of the job information to select a job.
The number of waiting jobs is displayed above the list.
Items displayed in the list are as follows:
Displays job status such as [Scanning], [Printing], [Suspending], or [Error].
Icons are shown to indicate the function used to generate the job.
The print job sent from the printer driver.
[Details] buttonClick to display the [Details] page.
Displays reservation numbers assigned to jobs. These numbers may not be consecutive.
Displays the name of the user who requested the job.
Displays the file name for the job.
Displays the number of pages in the job.
Displays the number of copies to be printed.
Displays the amount of time required from start to end of print.

Click to update the currently displayed information.
The [Suspend Printing] button appears when there is no job whose status is [Suspending]. The [Resume Printing] button appears when there is a job whose status is [Suspending].
If you click the [Suspend Printing] button, the selected job and any subsequent job(s) go into the [Suspending] status.
Click the [Resume Printing] button to stop suspending the jobs whose status is [Suspending].
