You can make settings for the paper tray used for printing files stored in the Document Server. This page appears when you click [Select Tray] on the [List of Files to Print] page.
Note
Select one of the following:
Paper is automatically selected based on file page size.
These are the machine's input trays.
The information displayed to the right of the input tray name differs depending on the tray type.
For roll paper trays, the status icon, the equivalent regular size for the paper width, and the paper length are displayed (paper sizes are shown in mm or inches).
For regular trays, the status icon, paper size, and paper orientation are displayed.

Select how the cut length is determined for the roll paper.
Note

The width of the roll paper is considered as the long edge of the regular size. The paper is cut at the short edge equivalent length.

The width of the roll paper is considered as the short edge of the regular size. The paper is cut at the long edge equivalent length.
The paper is cut at a specified length. You can specify a value between 280 and 15,000/30,000 mm (11.0 and 590.5/1,181.1 inches).
Select the paper to be set in Paper Bypass.
Note

Select this when setting paper horizontally on the bypass tray. Specify the paper size using the drop down menu to the right.

Select this when setting paper vertically on the bypass tray. Specify the paper size using the drop down menu to the right.
Select this to set custom size paper on the bypass tray. Using the diagram displayed on the page, enter the vertical and horizontal lengths of the paper.
Note
To print on special paper using Paper Bypass, select the paper type.
Click to save the settings and return to the [List of Files to Print] page.
Current settings are displayed under the [Select Tray] button on the [List of Files to Print] page.
Click to cancel the settings and return to the [List of Files to Print] page.
