Designate, Chapter, and Insert Designation Sheet can be specified when printing documents stored in the Document Server.
Select the range of settings to be displayed in the [Setting List] area. 25 settings are displayed per page.
Click one of the following buttons to clear the settings.
Click to clear only the range displayed in the [Setting List] area.
Click to clear all of the settings.
Select the number of the setting. To change the current setting, select the corresponding number.

Select the type of function to be set in the list. When you select a function type, the icon representing the selected function type appears on the left side.
Select to disable the current setting.
Print the specified page on the designation sheet.
Insert a designation sheet before the specified page.
Print the specified page on the same face as that of the first page.
Insert a designation sheet before or after the specified page.
Print the pages of the specified range on designation sheets.
Enter the page number or range for which you want to apply the setting. A number between 1 and 2000 can be specified.

Select the type of designation sheet to be used in the list.
The designation sheet tray and the type of paper selected on the machine are displayed on the left side.
When you select [Insert Designation Sheet] in the [Type] list, enter the number of sheets to be inserted.
When you select [Insert Designation Sheet] in the [Type] list, select whether to insert the designation sheet before or after the page.
Click to apply the settings. The applied settings are displayed in the [Setting List] area.
Click to clear the settings.
Current settings are displayed in the [Setting List] area.
If the [Display Range] list is shown in the upper left of the page, you can use this list to select a displayed range.
Click to save the settings and return to the [Cover Sheet/Slip Sheet] page.
Current settings are displayed in the [Designate] area on the [Cover Sheet/Slip Sheet] page.
Click to cancel the settings and return to the [Cover Sheet/Slip Sheet] page.
