You can make margin size settings such as Margin Adjustment and 3 Edges Full Bleed when printing documents stored in the Document Server. This page appears when you click [Edit] on the [List of Files to Print] page.
Margin Adjustment
Select whether to set margin adjustment.
When [On] is selected, also set the front and back margins.
Front Side, Back Side
Select the orientation for setting the margin adjustment and margin adjustment width in the list.
[Back Side] must be set only when duplex printing is selected.
Select [0] to set no margin adjustment.
Edit Image
3 Edges Full Bleed
Select whether to print with a reduced margin for the trailing edge, top edge, and bottom edge of the paper.
Double Copies
Select whether to print double copies.
When [On] is selected, the data of one page is printed twice on the top and bottom or left and right of the sheet.
Centering/Cornering
Select whether to set the print position on the sheet.
When [On] is selected, set the front and back positions.
Front Side, Back Side
Select a print position on the sheet in the list.
When you select a position, an icon representing the selected print position appears.
[Back Side] must be set only when duplex printing is selected.
Buttons
[OK]
Click to save the settings and return to the [List of Files to Print] page.
Current settings are displayed under the [Edit] button on the [List of Files to Print] page.
[Cancel]
Click to cancel the settings and return to the [List of Files to Print] page.
