You can make settings for the paper tray used for printing files stored in the Document Server. This page appears when you click [Select Tray] on the [List of Files to Print] page.
Note
Select one of the following:
Paper is automatically selected based on file page size.
These are the machine's input trays. The status icon, paper size, and paper orientation are displayed to the right of the input tray name.
Note
Select the paper to set in the bypass tray.
Note
Select this if you do not want to specify paper for the bypass tray.

Select this when setting paper horizontally on the bypass tray. Specify the paper size using the drop down menu to the right.

Select this when setting paper vertically on the bypass tray. Specify the paper size using the drop down menu to the right.
Select this to set custom size paper on the bypass tray. Using the diagram displayed on the page, enter the vertical and horizontal lengths of the paper.
Note
To print on special paper using Paper Bypass, select the paper type.
Select the paper to set in Tray 7.

Select this to use the paper that is preset for Tray 7. You can change the paper settings for Tray 7 on the [Configuration] - [Device Settings] - [Paper] page.

Select this when setting paper vertically in Tray 7. Specify the paper size using the drown down menu to the right.
Select this to set custom size paper in Tray 7. Select this to set custom size paper on the bypass tray. Using the diagram displayed on the page, enter the vertical and horizontal lengths of the paper.
Note
To print on special paper loaded in Tray 7, select the paper type.
If you select tab stock paper for [Special Paper], the [Tab Position Shift] and [Number of Tabs] options are available.
To shift print images based on the tab width, enter the shift distance using a value up to 15 mm (0.6 inches).
Enter the number of tabs per sheet. You can enter a value between 2 and 99.
Click to save the settings and return to the [List of Files to Print] page.
Current settings are displayed under the [Select Tray] button on the [List of Files to Print] page.
Click to cancel the settings and return to the [List of Files to Print] page.
