Detailed Fax History (Transmission/Reception)

Displays the detailed communication log. This page appears when you click (Details) button on the [Fax Journal: Transmission] or [Fax Journal: Reception] page.

Note

• The following administrator and users can display the detailed communication log:
  • Machine Administrator
  • Users connected to a device that is set not to perform user authentication
  • Users logged on to a device that is set to perform user authentication
    Users must have normal fax operation rights.
    For the reception log record, all logs can be displayed in details.
    For the transmission log record, logs for the user and guests can be displayed in details.
• If there is no applicable information in an item, "---" is displayed.

Date

Displays the date and time the machine started transmission or reception of the fax job.

Destination

Displays the destination party's name or fax number.
The destination information is displayed for a transmission log record, and the sender information is displayed for a reception log record.

Line

Displays the line type used for transmission or reception.

Communication Mode

Displays any settings specified for the job.
For example, settings such as "Standard", "Confidential", "Send Later", and "Reception Notice Request" are displayed.

Time taken

Displays the amount of time required for the transmission or reception.

Note

• If a job exceeds 99 minutes 59 seconds, " **'**" " appears.

Page(s)

Displays the number of pages of the job.

Note

• For a job that exceeds 1000 pages, "****" appears.

Result

Displays the result of the job.

User Name

Displays the name of the user who submitted the job.

File No.

Displays the control number assigned to the job.
