Eco-friendly Counter Period/Administrator Message
Configure settings for the eco-friendly counter.
Note
- Settings on this page can be changed by the following administrators and users:
- Machine Administrator
- Users logged on
User authentication is enabled on the device and users are permitted to make changes to administrator's setting items.
Display Information Screen
Specify whether or not to display the information screen including the eco-friendly counter on the machine's control panel.
The information is displayed in three lines.
Display Time
Specify the time on the information screen.
Note
- This function is available only when User Authentication Management is set to Basic Authentication, Windows Authentication, LDAP Authentication, or Integration Server Authentication.
Every Time Login
Displays the screen every time after logging in on the machine's control panel.
First Time Login
Displays the screen only when. logging in on the machine's control panel the first time in a day (0:00 - 24:00).
Count Period
Specify the count period of the eco-friendly counter.
Count Period (Days)
If you select Specify Days in Count Period, specify the number of days for the count period.
Administrator Message
Administrator Message
Specify an administrator message to be displayed on the information screen.
The message is displayed in three lines.
Note
- Available messages depend on machine type.
Fixed Message 1
Displays "Please be aware of the cost and resource saving index of Color, 2-sided and Combine Utilization. Using 2-sided and Combine print helps reduce paper usage.".
Fixed Message 2
Displays "Please be aware of the cost and resource saving index of Color, 2-sided and Combine Utilization. For jobs where color is not necessary, Black & White print reduces costs.".
Fixed Message
Displays "Please be aware of the cost and resource saving index of 2-sided and Combine Utilization. Using 2-sided and Combine print helps reduce paper usage.".
User Message
Displays the user message. You can enter up to 56 alphanumeric characters per line.
