Image Overlay Form List
Displays form data registered for image overlay print.
You can use this page to delete unused form data.
Note
- Only image overlay print functions supported by the machine are displayed.
- Registered forms can be deleted only when you are logged on as Machine Administrator.
Page control buttons
Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
The total number of pages and current page number are displayed between the 
button and the 
button.
Go to the first page. button
Displays the first page.
Go to the previous page. button
Displays the previous page.
Go to the next page. button
Displays the next page.
Go to the last page. button
Displays the last page.
Display Items
Select the number of display items per page.
List of display items
Select the check box to the left of the form data to select a form. The number of selected forms appears for Selected above the list.
Click Select All to select all forms in the list. Click Clear All to deselect all forms in the list. Forms not displayed on the current page are also deselected. Items displayed in the list are as follows:

- The check box appears only when you are logged on as Machine Administrator.
Form Number
The number specific to each individual form (includes sequential numbers).
Form Name
The name assigned by the user when the form was registered.
Paper Size
The size of the paper for the form.
Orientation
The orientation of the image original as registered in the form. Either Portrait or Landscape is displayed.
Paper Feed Orientation
The paper orientation when performing overlay print. Either Short Edge Feed or Long Edge Feed is displayed.
Created At
The date and time assigned by the user when the form was registered.
Status
The form status. Either Deleting... or "---" is displayed.
Buttons
Refresh
Click to update the currently displayed information.
Delete
Click to delete the selected form.
Note
- The Delete button appears only when you are logged on as Machine Administrator.
Back
Click to return to the previous page.
