You can specify whether administrator authentication is performed on the device control panel.

Specify whether User Administrator is authenticated when making User settings (e.g. editing the Address Book) on the control panel.

Specify the administration level ("High" or "Low") for items managed by User Administrator.

Specify whether File Administrator is authenticated when managing files stored on the machine on the control panel.
Specify the administration level ("High" or "Low") for items managed by File Administrator.
Select the check box to set the administration level to "High", or clear the check box to set it to "Low".
