This page shows the status of the device and of the functions available on the device.
Alert
Alert
Displays an alert message from the device.
Messages
Displays a message from the device.
Status
Status
The status of functions of the device appears.
Access Violation
The icon below appears if the machine is receiving too many access requests.

Firmware Validity
If an error occurs in firmware validity check, the icon below appears with the name of an error module.

Displays a status icon and its explanation for each function.

Note
- The status of functions not supported by the machine is not displayed.
Toner
Displays the toner color and remaining toner level.

- Depending on the machine, toner level status may not be displayed.
Cartridge Almost Empty
Running low.
Cartridge Empty
Empty.
Undetectable
Toner level unknown.
Input Tray
Displays the status of each input tray, and the size and orientation of paper loaded in each. Depending on the machine, the paper type etc. is displayed.
Input Tray Names
Displays the names of the input trays.
Status Icons
Displays the condition of the input tray using icons.
Icon meanings are as follows:
The amount of paper in the tray.
Paper is almost out.
Out of paper, or the tray is not set.
Another type of error has occurred.
Paper Sizes and Orientations
Displays the size and orientation of paper loaded in the input trays.
The following icons indicate paper orientation.
The paper is loaded in the portrait orientation.
The paper is loaded in the landscape orientation.
Paper Types
Displays the types of paper loaded in the trays, such as Recycled Paper.
Output Tray
Displays the status of each output tray.
Some devices may not use all of these icons.
Output Tray Names
Displays the names of the output trays.
Status Icons
Displays the conditions of the output tray using icons.
Icon meanings are as follows:
The tray is working normally.
The tray is full.
There is paper remaining in an output tray.
An error has occurred.

Paper Misfeed
Paper misfeed
Paper Misfeed: ADF
A misfeed has occurred in the Auto Document Feeder.

Unavailable due to configuration processing

An unrecoverable error has occurred - please check the machine and contact your service representative.
