By enabling the Toner Saving function, you can conserve the consumption of toner. Print results will be lighter in density than normal.
The Toner Saving function cannot be selected while Unauthorized Copy Prevention is enabled.
For the PCL 6 printer driver
Click the WordPad menu button in the upper left corner of the window, and then click [Print].
Select the printer you want to use.
Click [Preferences].
Click the [Detailed Settings] tab.
In the "Menu:" box, click [Print Quality:Standard].
Select [On] in the "Toner Saving:" list.
Change any other print settings if necessary.
Click [OK].
Start printing from the application's [Print] dialog box.
For the PCL 5c printer driver
Click the WordPad menu button in the upper left corner of the window, and then click [Print].
Select the printer you want to use.
Click [Preferences].
Click the [Print Quality] tab.
Select [On] in the "Toner Saving" area.
Change any other print settings if necessary.
Click [OK].
Start printing from the application's [Print] dialog box.
