How to Use the "Settings"

Print Jobs

Setting Items

Description

Delete All Temporary Print Jobs

You can delete all Sample Print, Locked Print, and Hold Print files temporarily stored in this machine.

Delete All Stored Print Jobs

You can delete Stored Print files stored in this machine.

Auto Delete Temporary Print Jobs

You can specify whether to automatically delete all Sample Print, Locked Print, and Hold Print files temporarily stored in this machine. Hold Print files that have a valid print time cannot be deleted automatically.

If you select [On], you can specify up to 200 hours for auto file deleting.

  • Default: [Off]

Auto Delete Stored Print Jobs

You can specify whether to automatically delete Stored Print files stored in this machine.

If you select [On], you can specify up to 180 days for auto file deleting.

  • Default: [On], [3] day(s)

Jobs Not Printed as Machine Was Off

You can specify whether to print Hold Print files whose specified print time has already passed when the machine's main power switch is turned on.

When you select to not print, Hold Print files whose specified print time has already passed are invalid and will be subject to [Auto Delete Temporary Print Jobs].

  • Default: [Do not Print]

Switch Initial Screen

You can specify which screen to display, Job List or Print Jobs, when you press [Printer (Classic)].

  • Default: [Job List]

Image Adjustment

Setting Items

Description

4 Color Graphic Mode

You can switch the optimum CMYK ink combination. To avoid the blurring of text or lines, change the setting to [Text Priority]

  • Default: [Photo Priority]

Administrator Tools

Prohibit List/Test Print

You can specify whether to prohibit test printing by unauthorized users when Administrator Authentication is activated.

  • Default: [Off]
