This section describes the settings in [Reduce / Enlarge] under [Copier / Document Server Settings].

Setting Items	Description
User Reduce/Enlarge Ratio	You can register up to three frequently used reduce/enlarge ratios that appear when [Copy Ratio] is pressed on the Copy screen. When you specify a custom ratio, enter a value within the range of 25.0 to 400.0%. Copy Ratio Setting	You can change the reproduction ratios that appear when [Copy Ratio][Others] is pressed on the Copy screen. When using the Copy screen (Full View), you can change the reproduction ratios that appear when [Copy Ratio] is pressed. When using [Copier (Classic)], you can change the reproduction ratios that appear when [Reduce / Enlarge] is pressed. When you specify a custom ratio, enter a ratio within the range of 25.0 to 400.0%. Magnification Key Display (mainly North America)	You can specify which scale of Copy Ratio Setting to show on the Copy screen. Default: [Engineering]
User Auto Reduce/Enlarge: A0 User Auto Reduce/Enlarge: A1 User Auto Reduce/Enlarge: A2 User Auto Reduce/Enlarge: A3 User Auto Reduce/Enlarge: A4 User Auto Reduce/Enlarge: B1 JIS User Auto Reduce/Enlarge: B2 JIS User Auto Reduce/Enlarge: B3 JIS User Auto Reduce/Enlarge: B4 JIS (mainly Europe and Asia)	You can specify a user auto reduce/enlarge ratio for each original size when copying with the User Auto Reduce/Enlarge function. The ratios specified with [Off] are not displayed on the Copy screen.

Copy Ratio Setting

You can change the reproduction ratios that appear when [Copy Ratio][Others] is pressed on the Copy screen.

When using the Copy screen (Full View), you can change the reproduction ratios that appear when [Copy Ratio] is pressed. When using [Copier (Classic)], you can change the reproduction ratios that appear when [Reduce / Enlarge] is pressed.

When you specify a custom ratio, enter a ratio within the range of 25.0 to 400.0%.
