Major Differences between RP-GL and RP-GL/2
RP-GL/2 supports two kinds of command systems: RP-GL and RP-GL/2.
RP-GL complies with the HP-GL command set developed by Hewlett-Packard.
RP-GL/2 complies with the HP-GL/2 and HP-RTL command sets developed by Hewlett-Packard.
The differences between the output functions of RP-GL and RP-GL/2 are as follows:

When printing color data using RP-GL/2 Type 1 or Type 3, the data is printed in black and white. Vector data and image data are printed in gray scale.
