Others (Scanner Settings)

This section describes the settings in [Others] under [Scanner Settings].

Setting Items	Description
Switch Title	Specify a title to classify the destinations in the Address Book so that you can find a destination more easily. * Even if you change this setting, it is not applied to the scanner application screen.
Destination List Display Priority 2	Select whether to display an e-mail destination or folder destination when displaying the Scanner screen. Default: [Email Address]
Login User Address Priority	Select whether to specify the e-mail address of the logged-in user as the destination when user authentication is activated on the machine. Default: [Off]

Select whether to display an e-mail destination or folder destination when displaying the Scanner screen.

Select whether to specify the e-mail address of the logged-in user as the destination when user authentication is activated on the machine.

Setting Items	Description
Print & Delete Scanner Records	Specify how to perform printing when the number of entries in the transmission history reaches the maximum number of 100. Print and Delete All Print all entries and erase the transmission history. The entries may not be printed depending on the security settings. Do not Print: Delete Oldest The oldest entry is deleted when a new entry is added in the history. Do not Print: Disable Send Transmission becomes impossible after the number of entries reaches the maximum number. Transmission becomes possible after printing the history using [Print Scanner Records] or erasing it using [Delete Scanner Records]. Default: [Print and Delete All]
Print Scanner Records	Select this to erase all transmission history after printing it.
Delete Scanner Records	Select this to erase all transmission history without printing it.
Scanner Records with no Privileges	Specify whether to display scanner jobs from users other than the logged in user with asterisks on Scanner Records. Replace with Asterisks Scanner jobs from the users other than the logged in user are displayed, but are masked with asterisks on scanner records. Do not Show Only the scanner jobs from the logged in user are displayed on scanner records. Default: [Replace with Asterisks]
