Energy Saving Functions
If this machine remains idle for a specified period of time or when [Energy Save] (
) is pressed, it enters Sleep mode to further reduce its electrical consumption. This is called "Sleep Mode".
The machine can print jobs from computers and receive faxes while in Sleep mode.
The factory default setting for the time it takes to automatically enter Sleep Mode, the power consumption in Sleep Mode, and the time it takes to recover from Sleep Mode and become ready for operation vary depending on the machine model.
