This section describes the settings in [Others] under [Copier / Document Server Settings].

Connect

Setting Items	Description
Connect Copy Key Display (This setting item is enabled only when [Copier (Classic)] is used.)	You can specify whether or not to display [Connect Copy]. If you select [Off], the key is not displayed, and the machine cannot be used as the main machine. Default: [On]

You can specify whether or not to display [Connect Copy]. If you select [Off], the key is not displayed, and the machine cannot be used as the main machine.

Quantity

Setting Items	Description
Maximum Copy Quantity	You can specify the maximum copy quantity at one time. Default: [999] sheet(s)
Copy Count Display	Specify which one is displayed, the number of copies made (count up) or the number of copies yet to be made (count down). Default: [Up]

Counter

Setting Items	Description
Switch Original Counter Display	You can select whether to count the two-sided originals by the number of sheets or pages. Default: [Original Sheet Counter]

Customize Function

Customize Function: Copy (Classic Mode) (This setting item is enabled only when [Copier (Classic)] is used.)	You can assign frequently-used functions to the [Customize Function] keys on the Copy screen. To use the ID Card Copy function, register [ID Card Copy] to the registered program key. Default Function Key 1: [1 Sided2 Sided: Left/Right] Function Key 2: [2 Sided original2 Sided] Function Key 3: [1 SidedCombine 2 original] Function Key 4: [1 SidedCombine 4 original] Function Key 5: [Create Margin] Function Key 6: [ID Card Copy]
Customize Function: Document Server Storage	You can assign frequently-used functions for scanning documents to the [Customize Function] keys on the Document Server screen. Customize Function: Copy (Standard Mode)	You can assign frequently-used settings to the function keys on the Copy screen (Standard). Default Function Key 1: [1 sided2 sided] Function Key 2: [2 sided2 sided] Function Key 3: [1sidedComb 2 orig] Function Key 4 - 12: [Off] When the optional finisher is attached, the punching and stapling locations and types are assigned to Function Keys 4 to 6 by default according to the finisher type and region/country of purchase.

Number Keys / Preview
